Whether you already are a fit female, are a fit female-in-training or are just getting started this website will be a huge part of your transformation. It is important to have a resource to support you as you reinvent yourself. I am so excited to be a part of your fit female journey and as your coach will do everything I can to guarantee your success. You currently have access to articles, stories of Fit Female transformations and other Fit Female tips and strategies along with updates of what I am up to.

Check out The Fit Female Credo Navigation bar along your left hand side of the website- click on any of the secrets in the Credo to get more strategies. Check it out, visit frequently and get signed up on the newsletter. Stay in touch with me!

To really take advantage of what I have to offer check out the Members only area where you will find other women just like you who are also on the journey to become a fit female, you'll have direct access to me as your coach and other stories and articles to give you an extra dose of knowledge, motivation and inspiration daily to continue your journey.


In the Members Area you will have access to:

  • A workout of the month. Every four weeks you should change your program. I will design the program exclusively for fit females within this site based on what I am finding to work in the gym with my clients, what time of year it is and what feedback you give me in the forum. You will have videos, descriptions and pictures of the exercises and will be able to download the workout sheet, print it out and take it to the gym with you. I will also have options for working out at home if you haven't ventured into a gym yet. Never be lost about what to do again!
  • Access to me as your coach on the forum. I will be active on the forum within in this site answering questions, giving feedback and coaching each and every one of you to become the fit female you want to become. This is the only way to get this kind of access to me. My time is limited and you will be my first priority every single day. Normally I charge $1000 a day to work with me as your coach. To see me once a week (4 times) I charge $997 a month. You can't get me for $97 a month except here in this website.
  • Access to articles I write exclusively for this site. As a columnist for Women's Health Magazine, I get asked to write articles for Women's Health and numerous other magazines along with online magazines such as Figure Athlete. I will continue to write for these magazines but the articles within this website will ONLY appear in this website and I will post a new article every week exclusively for the fit female community.
  • You will also belong to a community of fit females where you will build friendships, have support from people who are on the same journey as you. You will have the opportunity to share your story and hear others. This is a very supportive environment to keep you on track to becoming a fit feamle. This is so important to your success as a fit females.

I hope you can take advantage of all that is offered within. If you are thinking…I can't afford $97 a month, please re-think that- You can't afford not to! Make yourself a priority and put it in your budget to have me as your coach for $97 per month (I charge $1000 per day to work with me). This is a deal and I hope you decide to take advantage.
